Sossi in green vegetables Sukumawiki (cabbage/kunde/terere)

Ingredients

  • Sossi 180g
  • 1 big onion chopped
  • ½ tea spoon curry powder
  • 3tomato skinned & chopped
  • 1 medium ginger
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 4 bunches sukumawiki sliced
  • 4 table spoon cooking oil
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  • In a bowl soak sossi in 1 cup water & set aside.
  • In a sufuria, fry the onions in oil until golden.
  • Add tomatoes & curry powder, stir & cook for app 2 minutes.
  • Add Sossi stir for a minute or so then add water & cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add sukumawiki & mix it well & cook in a low heat for about 5 minutes
