Ingredients

  • Sossi 180g
  • 1 big  onion chopped
  • big Hoho/ green pepper
  • 4 table spoons cooking oil
  • 1  tea spoon curry powder
  • ½ tea spoon black pepper
  • 4 tomatoes chopped
  • 4 carrots cubed
  • 6 potatoes cubed
  • 1 bunch of dhania/coriander)
  • 3 cups water

Instructions

  • In a sufuria fry onions in oil, until golden.
  • Add the curry powder, pepper, chopped tomatoes & carrots &cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add potatoes & water cook for 15 minutes.
  • Add garlic ginger dhania & Sossi & leave to cook for 8 minutes.
