Ingredients
- Sossi 180g
- 1 big onion chopped
- big Hoho/ green pepper
- 4 table spoons cooking oil
- 1 tea spoon curry powder
- ½ tea spoon black pepper
- 4 tomatoes chopped
- 4 carrots cubed
- 6 potatoes cubed
- 1 bunch of dhania/coriander)
- 3 cups water
Instructions
- In a sufuria fry onions in oil, until golden.
- Add the curry powder, pepper, chopped tomatoes & carrots &cook for 5 minutes.
- Add potatoes & water cook for 15 minutes.
- Add garlic ginger dhania & Sossi & leave to cook for 8 minutes.
