Ingredients
- Sossi 180g
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 large green pepper (hoho) cubed
- 4 table spoon oil
- 1 tea spoon curry powder
- 3 large tomatoes chopped
- 6 green bananas cubed
- 6 large potatoes cubed
- 1 bunch of dhania/corriander
- Water 8 cups
Instructions
- In a bowl soak sossi in 1 cup water & set aside.
- Fry onions & oil in a sufuria until golden.
- Add tomatoes & curry powder & cook for 3 minutes.
- Add bananas, potatoes & water, cover & leave cook for 20 minutes.
- Add garlic, ginger, & Sossi, stir then leave to cook for another for 6 minutes.
- Remove pot from fire, sprinkle dhania, stir and cover to cook up in heat.
