Sossi Mince Balls

Ingredients

  • Sossi 180g
  • 2 large onions – chopped
  • 8 cloves saumu (garlic))
  • 2 bunches dhania (cori&er)
  • 1 tea spoon oregano
  • 1 tea spoon paprika
  • ¼ tea spoon black pepper
  • 200g bread crumbs
  • 8 eggs
  • 500ml milk
  • oil for deep frying

Instructions

  • In a bowl, soak Sossi in milk app 5 minutes, then squeeze dry and drain the milk.
  • Thoroughly mix the Sossi with oregano paprika, black pepper, eggs & bread crumbs mixing
  • Mould the mixture into small round balls & set aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Wait until the oil is hot then deep fry balls until ready (golden brown)
