Ingredients
- Sossi 180g
- 6 large potatoes boiled
- 1 ½ cups milk
- 5 table spoon oil
- 2 table spoon margarine
- 3 cups self raising flour(pastry)
- 1 big hoho/green pepper
- 1 big onion chopped
- 2 table spoon dhania/coriander chopped
- 4 eggs beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven 35% of 1800 c gas mark 4
- In a bowl mash the potato with milk, then add a little flour & oil at a time into a thick consistency to form the pie pastry, then set aside.
- In a pan, fry the onions, hoho, dhania in the rest of the margarine & stir in the Sossi mince app 8 minutes and leave to cool.
- Roll out the potato pie pastry & put the cooked Sossi filling in the centre of the pastry.
- Shape the pastry into an oblong & use fork to pinch ends together.
- Place in a baking tin, brush the top with beaten egg & bake for 20-30 minutes.
