Ingredients
- Sossi 180g
- 8 Eggs- beaten
- 1 large hoho/ green pepper – cubed
- 1 medium onion – chopped
- 1 bunch dhania/coriander – chopped
- 12 table spoon – oil
Instructions
- In a bowl put the eggs, then add onions, dhania, & green pepper & whisk all together.
- Add Sossi tasty soya mince & mix thoroughly.
- Heat pan & add oil
- Put the omelette mixture in the pan & allow to cook well ensuring you press down the mixture. Turn sides and add oil cook (in 4-6 batches)
