Sossi Vegetable Stew

Ingredients

  • Sossi 180g
  • 2 cups green peas (boiled)
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1 bunch dhania chopped
  • 2 big tomatoes chopped
  • 4 table spoon cooking oil
  • 1 tea spoon curry powder
  • 1 table spoon margarine
  • 4 carrots cubed
  • 4 potatoes cubed
  • 8 cloves garlic (Saumu)
  • 5 cups water

Instructions

  • In a bowl soak sossi in 1 cup water & set aside.
  • In a sufuria fry onion & dhania in both oil & margarine until tender
  • Add tomatoes, carrots, potatoes & curry powder, stir then cover & leave to cook for 3 minutes in low heat.
  • Add water increase heat, bring to a boil & let the vegetables cook for 8minutes
  • Now add Sossi, garlic & green peas, stir & leave to cook for 7 minutes or until ready.
