Ingredients
- Sossi 180g
- 6 green bananas peeled & chopped
- 6 potatoes peeled & chopped
- 1 big onion chopped
- 2 cups green peas (boiled)
- 4 tomatoes
- Fresh dhania/coriander
- 2 table spoon cooking oil
- 3 cups water
Instructions
- In a sufuria fry the onion till tender, add the chopped bananas/potatoes/ dhania, tomatoes & green peas.
- Cook in low heat for 5 minutes stir & add 2 cups of water & cook in a medium heat for 15 minutes.
- When the vegetable sauce is ready cooked add Sossi tasty soya mince cover for about 6 minutes stirring occasionally until ready.
- Set aside from fire & mash all until soft or to a desired consistency.
- NB: you can use warm milk to make the food lighter
