Ingredients

  • Sossi 180g
  • 6 green bananas peeled & chopped
  • 6 potatoes peeled & chopped
  • 1 big onion chopped
  • 2 cups green peas (boiled)
  • 4 tomatoes
  • Fresh dhania/coriander
  • 2 table spoon cooking oil
  • 3 cups water

Instructions

  • In a sufuria fry the onion till tender, add the chopped bananas/potatoes/ dhania, tomatoes & green peas.
  • Cook in low heat for 5 minutes stir & add 2 cups of water & cook in a medium heat for 15 minutes.
  • When the vegetable sauce is ready cooked add Sossi tasty soya mince cover for about 6 minutes stirring occasionally until ready.
  • Set aside from fire & mash all until soft or to a desired consistency.
  • NB: you can use warm milk to make the food lighter
